Location:

The fencing ranges from good to fair. Sections of the fence had been recently replaced and are currently being leased for grazing.

The primary species of tree on the ranch is Mesquite and numerous hardwoods live along the draws and arroyos.

From Fort Worth, take I-20 west to Weatherford, from Weatherford take Hwy 180 through Mineral Wells to Palo Pinto, right on FM 4 in Palo Pinto to Fortune Bend Road, left on Fortune Bend Road for 1.9 miles, the gate on right. The first extract is a shared entrance with Rocky Prairie Ranch.
