Garland Bend Ranch
Garland Bend Ranch | 813+/- acres | $5555/acre
Garland Bend Ranch is an incredible Brazos River Valley Ranch only 65 miles from the Metroplex. This ranch has over 4300' of Brazos River frontage and is just 3 miles from the Hwy 16 crossing below the dam at Possum Kingdom. Over 2000 acres of drainage flow through a dramatic ravine with over 50' of fall as it empties into the Brazos River. Three modest stock ponds are scattered across the ranch and the terrain varies from level mesquite flats to a dramatic 1300' mountain point. There are several prominent potential homesites along the bend. A large sandbar has formed over the past millennia and has created a beautiful deep swimming and fishing hole over a mile long. These waters provide for some of the best river fishing in the state. The ranch is generally heavy to mixed covered and provides habitat for the abundant wildlife that call this ranch home.
