The highlight of the water features is the spectacular 7775' of Brazos River frontage on the north side and 12,600' on the south. There are numerous places on the mountaintops where breathtaking views await. There are four small tanks/ponds and numerous arroyos.

The habitat on the ranch supports a healthy population of wildlife including Whitetail Deer, Rio Grande Turkey, Aoudad, local and migratory White Wing and Eurasian Dove, Bobwhite Quail, Wild Pig, Bobcat, Coyote, Migratory Duck, and numerous non-game species.

Electricity is provided by Tri-County Co-op and power is available at several locations.

Minerals:
